About Us
At Swim Direct we offer the swimmer a great variety of swimwear and accessories to suit your swimming needs, whatever level of swimmer you are. Our dedication to bringing you excellent swimwear, coupled with warm and friendly customer service and efficient delivery makes us one of the easiest way to buy your swimming goods.
Delivery
Swim Direct aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days (to UK addresses). If an item is going to take longer we will notify you immediately.
The standard method of shipment to a UK addresses is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post, which requires a signature at the point of delivery.
A special delivery option is available for the next working day and can be selected on the checkout page. This postage option will only apply to orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered Monday before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for arrival Tuesday.
Please note that if an item is exceptionally urgent, it may be safer to contact the sales office to avoid any confusion.
Postage and packaging is based on the weight of the item/s purchased and the shipping destination. For more information on P&P please click through to our help pages.
