What size is the pool?

The pool is 32ft x 16ft (9.7m x 4.8m), with a minimum of 1m depth and heated to 29-32 degrees and is housed in a 12m x 6m hard-sided marquee with secure door

How long can we book for?

We accept bookings for any school term for the whole academic year, a full term a half term or for a minimum booking of 4 weeks.
The pool is installed 1-2 weeks before to allow for water quality, filtration and temperature checks can be undertaken before swimming takes place.

How much does this cost?

Schools can enjoy cost-effective swimming lessons for up to 400 swimmers per week for a minimum of 4 weeks. No travel costs, less lost learning time, less school staff required, more children swimming and more pool time.
Packages start from £1,100 per week depending on your requirements.  Arrange a meeting to find out more HERE

What is a typical timetable?

The timetable is up to you.  Some schools choose to target specific year groups or wish for all year groups to experience swimming.
With up to 5.5 hours of teaching available each day, we suggest 30 minute lessons for a maximum of 10 swimmers per group depending on age and ability.
With tailored sessions, delivered by fully qualified swimming instructors, lessons align with national curriculum requirements and include all 4 strokes and water safety skills.

What is included?

We include teachers, risk assessments, operating procedures, example timetable, insurance, fully qualified teachers, water quality tests in line with industry guidelines, certificates for every swimmer and depending on the package, changing marquee with individual changing pods, after-school swimming lesson provision, junior lifeguard training and water safety elements for the classroom.

What does the school have to do?

We ask for a member of staff to supervise the children whilst they are changing and provide additional supervision whilst in the pool.   We ask for you to populate the example timetable with the classes you require and also list of first names and any medical conditions of the swimmers.  Allow us to have 24 hour access to the site during set up, operation and breakdown of the pool
It's been lovely to see children have an opportunity to learn to swim by having the pool on our playground.
Swimming every day has boosted all our students water confidence and swimming ability.
We can't wait to have it back next year.
